Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept sizing exchanges and returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

Tags and original packaging are intact
To request a return, please email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
​​Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue you a store credit. Store credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase.

Faulty Item Returns​

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns must be posted to the address provided in your return approval email. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
